We are a seed-stage company that launched our product on the market one year ago. Since then, we have already closed over 10 contracts with some of the largest European manufacturing companies in Italy. With over €600K in funding secured, we are scaling rapidly and building a strong foundation for growth.

We’ve started expanding our team to support our journey. Currently, we are a full-time team of 6 people, supported by multiple external collaborators and mentors, and we’re looking forward to growing further—with your contribution—this year.

Role Description

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join Postura Ergonomics and play a crucial role in supporting and evolving our technical infrastructure. You will work closely with the CTO and the rest of the team to ensure our systems are robust, maintainable, and scalable.

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the technical aspects of our platform—from organizing and maintaining the codebase to managing the data model, API infrastructure, and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate to ensure seamless functionality across our products: a React-based dashboard and a React Native mobile app. Additionally, working closely with the CTO, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic discussions and help shape the technical roadmap of the company.

Your work will involve:

• Codebase Contribution: Refactor and organize existing Node.js-based code to improve maintainability and scalability.
• API Management: Design, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs that support both the dashboard and mobile app.
• Data Model Design: Assist in the development and refinement of our data architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
• Infrastructure Support: Work with the CTO to manage AWS services, including serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway), CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployment (dev, stage, production).
• Infrastructure as Code: Leverage tools like Terraform to define and deploy cloud infrastructure consistently and efficiently.
